Category 12: Wood Destroying Pest Inspection

This manual is written for those preparing to take Indiana's Category 12, Wood Destroying Pest Inspection certification exam. Category 12 certification is required for individuals who inspect and issue reports for termites, wood infesting beetles, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood decay fungi. Note that certified Category 12 inspectors are not allowed to apply pesticides.

Attendance of a mandatory training is part of initial Category 12 certification. The registration fee for the training includes the Category 12 training manual. We will not issue refunds if additional manuals are purchased separately.
