Defining Rural Indiana - The First Step

This 4-page publication defines what we mean by "rural Indiana" in terms of data analysis, explains the process we went through to arrive at such a definition, and presents a figure and a table that, together, depict a picture of rural Indiana that lays the groundwork for further discussion of the issues confronting the state.
