Fungus Gnats and Shore Flies

Fungus Gnats and shore flies are common greenhouse pests requiring considerable attention by greenhouse managers. Because they inhabit the same environments and the controls for both are usually similar, fungus gnats are often mistaken for shore flies. Fungus gnats are a more serious problem, where as shore flies are predominantly a nuisance pest.
