This training is aimed at fruit and vegetable growers and others who are interested in learning about produce safety, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety. The course is one way to satisfy the FSMA Produce Safety Rule training requirement.
The training will be 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (all times Eastern) Thursday, February 15, 2018, at the Indianapolis Marriott East Hotel. (7202 East 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The registration deadline is February 8th.
