PPP-55The employee bulletin board should be an official site where the employer communicates policies and procedures to employees. Maintenance of bulletin boards tends to become a "back burner" item when seemingly more important items need to be addressed. Because of this more employees do not look to the bulletin board for the most recent information on company policy. If information becomes out dated and the bulletin board is used for such items as "For Sale" or "Party Info" employees will depend less and less on the bulletin board for job-related information. This publication provides information on designing and maintaining a quality company bulletin board.
